    open pkg into a empty small water bottle that has a cap - put no more than 1/4 c. very hot water in w/crystals - shake rigourosly. Immediately wet hair in shower,wring out and put 'goop' all over hair - if your hair is very long you can use 2 pkg's . Put hair up in clip and leave in for at least 20 min., use hair dryer on hair to penetrate treatment or invest in a hot cap. Rinse and shampoo. This treatment costs $50.00 in local salons! shhhhhhh
