Shampoo to use after Keratin Process

To help maintain your Keratin conditioning process you need to use a shampoo that does not contain sulfates. I had been using Pureology anti-fade Hydrating shampoo but I had some trouble washing the shampoo out which caused serious flaking. The new non sulfate shampoo that I find is very good and does not cause the flaking is made by Kenra, Color Maintenance shampoo. The conditioners can be whatever works for you, I have used Bumble and bumble or Phytobaume Conditioner.

Avene Cleanser and moisturizer

I struggle with my skin as I go through menopause. Sometimes feel like a teenager, but worse on top of skin breakouts I also have the drying issues of being in my 50's! I have found a cleanser and moisturizer that is very good. The Avene Clean-AC cleansing cream is an anti-acne cleansing cream but is not too harsh at all for my skin. I then use Avene Clean Ac Hydrating cream, also meant as part of an anti-acne treatment but is a great moisturizer without making my skin oily in my T-zone!

Facial Cleanser...step two

My dermatologist recommended two steps to cleansing my face, first wash with a cleanser step two; use Ponds Wet Cleansing Towlettes -Micro dermabrasion gentle exfoliating cloths. These clothes do not dry out your skin but still get off all makeup as well as work nicely as an exfoliant.

Kiehls eye cream

Recommending Clinique's lip color called Plum Nude. Pretty color. Also Kiehls eye cream, the one with avocado in it. Don't like the Kiehl's new mascara though. My daughter and I were completely sold by the sales person that it had all these moisturizing benefits to it blah, blah, blah... very clumpy, to thick for me. Still sticking by Clinique Glossy Mascara.
